Advent Pur is the Advent path set up in the plain of Valbruna, among the woods of the Julian Alps: an easy 2.7 km route illuminated by lanterns, enriched with wooden sculptures, handcrafted nativity scenes, old stoves with hot tea, a small stable with animals and legend tales in the stavoli. Along the route, artistic installations and light points alternate, while choirs and alpine horns perform at the advent village. On the days the path is open, a small Christmas market with quality products also operates, and a horse-drawn sleigh crosses the plain (only in case of snow). The event is organized by the Municipality of Malborghetto-Valbruna in collaboration with the Pro Loco Il Tiglio Valcanale APS of Tarvisio, which manages it. The path is open on 28-29 November, 6-8 December, 12-13 December and 19-20 December, with last access at 19:00.
