The program includes two book presentations: Wednesday, July 22, 2026, 6:00-8:00 PM, "Mescolanze e turbolenze" by Federica Andreoni; Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 6:00-8:00 PM, "Decolonizzare l'urbanistica" edited by Camillo Boano and Antonio Di Campli. The meetings are held at the Museo Friulano di Storia Naturale.

UdinEstate 2026 is the summer festival of the Municipality of Udine, running from May 30 to September 2026. The event enlivens the city with a rich program of concerts, theater performances, and entertainment for all tastes and ages. The lineup brings together four major festivals: Zenit, VignaPR, Folkest, and Udin&Jazz, along with the 28th edition of Nei Suoni dei Luoghi. The main venues are Piazzale del Castello, Stadio Friuli, Parco Moretti, and Corte Morpurgo, hosting events spread throughout the city. Parco Moretti, in particular, hosts nine evenings over the summer, confirming itself as an outdoor gathering space. The offering spans musical genres and different languages, with national and international artists, theater companies, and moments dedicated to families.
UdinEstate 2026 – Concerts at the Castle

As part of the UdinEstate 2026 festival, the Piazzale del Castello in Udine hosts five evenings of live concerts organized by Zenit S.r.l. The program includes: Sigfrido Ranucci (July 7), Noemi (July 8), Max Angioni (July 9), I Musici di Guccini (July 19), and Madame (July 29). Each show features a stage setup, seating, and services for the audience. Access is from Arco Bollani, with a supervised area. An elevator is available for people with disabilities. In case of bad weather, shows may be postponed.
Exhibition "Trofei d'Oltremare: una storia da riscrivere"

From July 7 to November 22, 2026, the Museo Friulano di Storia Naturale in Udine reopens after 25 years with the exhibition “Trofei d’Oltremare. Una storia da riscrivere”, the third stage of the “Obiettivi Possibili” series. The exhibition invites a critical reinterpretation of Vittorio Tedesco Zammarano's collection: African animals, photographs, artifacts and archival documents become tools to question the colonial past. The itinerary revolves around three main themes: big game hunting as a symbol of imperial domination, the link between science and colonial economy, and the birth of museum institutions in occupied countries. An opportunity to reflect on historical responsibilities and imagine a future of social justice.
Retrospective exhibition of the artist Antonio Cendamo

The Municipality of Udine hosts the retrospective exhibition dedicated to the artist Antonio Cendamo, organized by the Cultural Association Espressione Est A.P.S. The exhibition, set up in the evocative Casa della Confraternita within the Castello di Udine complex, will be open to the public from July 10 to August 30, 2026. The exhibition, set up in the Salone del Parlamento and in rooms 11, 12 and 13 of the Galleria d'Arte Antica, is open from July 17 to October 18, 2026 and celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Friuli earthquake. The opening is scheduled for July 16, 2026.
