Olive tree plants given to newborns
Sala del Consiglio Comunale, San Dorligo della Valle - Dolina
Organised by Comune di San Dorligo della Valle - Dolina
For another year, the Municipality of San Dorligo della Valle - Dolina is organising the ceremony to present an olive tree plant to the newborns of families residing in the municipality, born between 1 May 2025 and 30 April 2026. The initiative takes place on Friday 13 November 2026 in the Sala del Consiglio Comunale, where families gather to receive the small plant as a gift. The event celebrates the bond between the community and olive growing, a crop historically rooted in the area. The ceremony is promoted by the Municipality of San Dorligo della Valle - Dolina.
